About the Role

As a Fibreglass and Composites Technician, you’ll undertake both standard production and unique, one-off fibreglass and composite manufacturing projects. You’ll set an example to others in your effort and attitude, and the application of your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

·         Team Work – Part of our Fibreglass and Composites team, working on both standard production and bespoke projects.

·         Production Excellence - Undertake end-to-end manufacturing from mould prep to final assembly, working to achieve the highest standard of output every time.

·         Ensure Quality - Apply rigorous QA checks and troubleshoot issues with confidence.

·         Solve & Improve – Tackle challenges early and refine processes for performance and safety.

Key Skills required for the role

·         Background in boatbuilding or similar trade is highly regarded.

·         We’re looking for fibreglass and/or composites specialist with a background in laminating, Vacuum bagging, RTM(Resin Transfer Moulding), Mould Preparation.

·         Strong manufacturing and communication skills.

·         A sharp eye for detail, commitment to safety, and drive for excellence.
