A customer-focused role providing a safe and friendly experience for marina users and visitors. Instrumental in keeping the marina operations going day-in and day-out, Dockmasters at Gulf Harbour Marina perform a wide variety of operational tasks, including towing boats to and from the travel lift and helping boaties into their berths.
The role will suit a hands-on customer service-oriented person, physically fit with a marine industry background or a boat enthusiast with the right attitude. Full description available here:

This role is for a 12hr shift, 8am-8pm, 4 days on, 4 days off.

Immediate start available.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

A positive can-do attitude

A full, clean NZ drivers license

Experience or knowledge of the marine industry

Excellent communication skills

NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa are mandatory.

Prior boat handling experience or a strong background in boating is an advantage.
