For more than 40 years we’ve crafted bespoke, high-performance and luxury vessels for local and international clients. Our workshop combines modern facilities with traditional craftsmanship, and our team takes pride in quality, attention to detail, and delivering boats that stand out on the water.

Join a small, highly skilled team building world-class custom boats. Full-time 44 hours per week on construction, fit-out and repair of composite and timber vessels in our purpose-built East Tamaki facility. Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays or overtime as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Construction, fit-out and repair of composite and wooden vessels.
• Interpret and follow plans, templates and instructions from team leaders.
• Collaborate across departments to meet build schedules and quality standards.
• Maintain a strict focus on Health and Safety and workshop housekeeping.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and finish quality.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in boatbuilding, composites or related trades.
• Strong understanding of composite and/or timber construction techniques.
• Trade certificate in boatbuilding or composites is highly desirable.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work well within a team.
• Pride in workmanship and a commitment to delivering exceptional finishes.
