Role Overview:

• Report to the Sales and Service Manager as part of a dedicated team enhancing the customer journey from first contact to post-purchase.
• Engage in technical dialogue, provide accurate vessel information, and assist in the customisation process for client specifications.
• Utilise your practical boating experience to guide demonstrations and inform the construction process.
• Facilitate service and maintenance schedules, ensuring technical excellence and reliability.
• Advocate for the customer's technical needs to our Operations team, influencing the build quality of our vessels.‍

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven ability to manage various vessel types with a strong focus on technical and practical aspects.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to interface effectively with diverse clientele.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service with a customer-focused approach.
• Availability for flexible working hours and occasional travel as required by client engagement.
• A background in marine technology or skippering, with a preference for candidates familiar with the marine industry.
• Driven and passionate about boats, the ocean and environment.
