About the Role

You will be helping to create products that are considered the world's best, and you will need to have the passion and commitment to help us build on that reputation.

Your attention to detail will be vital, as the quality of your input is relied on to produce the high standard of products we make. Each component is custom made to exacting standards and requires precision quality. You may come from a boat building, aircraft engineering, cabinet making background or other trades background.

Essential Skills

• Experience in assembly of specific components
• Approach your work in a methodical way and be able to follow Southern Spars manufacturing processes
• An eye for detail and the ability to produce outstanding quality work
• An ability to read and understand working drawings
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and in a high-pressure environment
• Capable of working effectively as part of a team as well as autonomously
• Motivation to help the Company contribute to customer satisfaction; reach project milestones and manufacturing targets
• Able and interested in having fun at work
