About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Laminators and/or Chopper Gun Operators to join our team in Takanini. The role is responsible for laminating both Rayglass Legend and Protector model boats and their components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Waxing and preparing molds
• Gelcoat application, by Venus applicator or brush
• Fibreglass application, by Venus Chopper Gun, or hand lamination
• Sanding / grinding finished laminates
• Demolding fibreglass components

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Fiberglass Laminator or Chopper Gun Operator is preferred
• You must be physically fit and able to handle physical tasks involving lifting and holding materials
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety
• Have strong teamwork and communication skills

Position Details:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Seasonal overtime may be required
• Paying between $25 - $35/hr depending on the level of experience you bring
