Position Description
Haines Hunter HQ are on the hunt for a dynamic person to run our Service Reception / Retail Administration hub.

Haines Hunter HQ specialise in Haines Hunter Boats and Yamaha Outboards and have a full range of marine chandlery in store.
Our workshop services and supplies Yamaha Outboards and Genuine Yamaha Parts and Accessories and we pride ourselves on customer service and prompt attention to our retail customers coming instore.
Hours are from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday with some Saturday morning work when required.
Tasks involve:
Workshop bookings (phone and email), Workshop co-ordination of jobs in conjunction with workshop Foreman to ensure constant flow of work, Meet & Greet drop offs, Invoicing, Ordering Yamaha Parts and chandlery, work with the sales team on co-ordination of sold boats/deliveries – and many other tasks that are varied and exciting.
