The role:

Your main role will be Dealing with Customers however the
role has great diversity and provides the opportunity to get involved in a number of different areas of the business.

· Assist Dealers and customers with enquiries

· Process quote requests

· Assist Dealers with online ordering of parts

· Assist Sales Team

· Process sales orders

· Pick, pack, and invoice orders

· Receive, process, and put away shipments and products

· Assist with stock counts

· Assist with process review and improvement

· Assist with assembly as required

The requirements

· Minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Service role

· Understanding of parts diagrams

· Experience in a team environment

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience with Office 365 products

Good to have (but not essential)

· Understanding of engines

· Understanding of parts interpretation

· Mechanical aptitude and experience

· Experience with MYOB Exo

· Experience with stock cycle counts

· Forklift experience

· Warehousing experience
